The recent disgraceful matter of the Delhi’s Law minister is very heinous to the constitution of India. Where there are Slogans like ” Sab Padhe ,Sab Badhe “the contemptible thing about the Fabricated and fraudulent degrees have came into light.
India is a developing nation, but this kind of shameful activities will let it drown rather than rise.
The former Law Minister of Delhi Jitendra Sing Tomar of AAP have been charged for the forgery in the educational degrees of various Institutions in India. There had been various enquiry going on over him.The recent update has been congregated about his concocted degrees. He has been transferred to the high security prison cell of Tihar jail.
According to the gathered information Delhi Police denied to take charge of him so he was sent directly to the Tihar Jail. Earlier The Law Minister was in Police custody for 2 days. After that he was confronted in the court. In this probation period, his duration of imprisonment has been increased over three times by the court.
Recently the Metropolitian Magistrate Amit Singla has also his hands led off over his matter of hearing of appeal for bails. He clearly said that this matter should be discussed in front Chief Metropolitian Magistrate and conveyed it to them.
Earlier the Delhi Police had made a plea to the high court not to extented the trial period of former Law Minster Jitendra Singh Tomar. Whle the magistrate made it very clear that the enquiry will be done by the delhi police itself & he will be confront the Chief magistrate and after that he will be led to Tihar Jail in full security.
